A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Questions, answered.

We are so excited to celebrate this special day with our closest family and friends. We’ve put together this Q&A to help answer some common questions and make sure everyone has the best experience possible. We cannot wait to see you!

01Where will the wedding be held?

Our wedding will be taking place at The Castle at Wildwood Gardens, located at 1510 Buncombe Waco Rd, Waco, GA 30182. We cannot wait to celebrate with you at this beautiful venue!

Directions to the driveway
02Will there be parking available at the venue?

Yes! Parking will be available at the venue. Upon arrival, a parking attendant will be there to direct you where to park.

03When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you submit your RSVP through the form on our website by March 1, 2027. This allows us enough time to provide our vendors with a final guest count. If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will have to mark your invitation as “not attending.” Unfortunately, we will not be able to make changes after the RSVP deadline has passed.

04Is there a gift registry?

Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift we could ask for. Since we’re fortunate enough to have everything we need for our home, we’re planning a honeymoon to celebrate the beginning of our marriage. We’ll share our honeymoon fund link here once it is ready. Please know that your love and support mean the most to us, and there is absolutely no expectation to contribute.

05Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors in the enchanted forest, followed by a reception in the covered courtyard. Cocktail hour will be held inside the castle ballroom. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to the courtyard.

06What is the dress code?

Formal attire. We want everyone to feel their absolute best! Please plan to wear formal attire such as suits, slacks, dresses, or floor-length gowns. We kindly ask guests to leave jeans and casual attire at home.

07Is the wedding kid friendly?

While we love your little ones dearly, our wedding will be a celebration for guests 16 and older. We appreciate your understanding and hope this gives everyone the opportunity to enjoy the evening with us.

08Are plus ones allowed?

Due to venue capacity restrictions, we kindly ask that only guests specifically listed on your invitation attend. Thank you so much for understanding!

09Are there accommodations nearby?

Yes! There is a Marriott hotel approximately 15 minutes from the venue, and shuttle transportation will be available after the wedding to bring guests back.

10What is the wedding itinerary?

We’re putting the finishing touches on our celebration. The itinerary will be shared here soon.

11Are pictures and videos allowed during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We have hired a photographer and videographer to capture these special moments, and photos and videos will be shared afterward. We appreciate you helping us stay present during this meaningful part of the day.

12What are the dinner menu options?

Our dinner menu will be shared here soon. In the meantime, please include any food allergies or other dietary requirements with your RSVP.

13How do I let you know about food allergies or dietary requirements?

When you RSVP, there is an optional space for each attending guest’s food allergies and a separate space for other dietary requirements. Please tell us which foods need to be avoided and any preparation concerns you would like us to pass along. These notes are shared privately with the couple and catering team for planning. Listing a requirement does not confirm an accommodation; please contact us about any needs that require discussion.

Include a note with your RSVP
14What time should I arrive?

We’ll share the recommended arrival time here once the schedule is finalized.

15Will there be alcohol?

Yes! We will have an open bar with bartenders available inside the ballroom until dinner is served. The bar will feature beer and wine, along with signature cocktails selected by the bride and groom. After dinner, the bar will transition to a cash bar and remain open until last call at 9:00 PM.

16Whom should I contact with any additional questions?

Please contact mother of the bride, Alex Barmann, with any further questions or inquiries: 770-828-9011. Please be sure to include your name in any text message.
